Conservation of our humanity and our environment

-          Equal access to education
o   Primary education in the child’s mother tongue; 
o   Secondary and higher education in the national and local language;
o   access to all schools only to residents of the neighborhood;
-          Elimination of Privilege
o   One “class” on all public transport
o   No VIP and other special categories of car number plates;
-          Access to governance
o   National and local languages for official work,

Urban structure based on a conurbation of about 50 towns, each with a maximum population of 250,000
Densities 300 persons per hectare
Physical size of not more than 3 km across
-          Urbanism:
o   Pedestrian circulation at neighborhood level ;
o   public transport between neighborhoods;
o   restricted use of private motor vehicles;
o   Integrate income and occupational groups;
o   Integrate land uses, particularly housing, employment and social infrastructure;
o   Balance location of urban services and facilities in relation to population for each neighborhood;
